Debian 的 cpufrequtils 安装后就能自动使用了，根本用不着调什么。
vbox 的 cpu 占用偶然 100% 无法回退纯粹是 bug ，重启 vbox 即可。

猜测virtualbox 对某些程序的执行效率问题还是没解决。曾经运行过最糟糕的是“轻松学郑码”，不能忍受的慢。
