i think it's not this problem. because i used BLFS, hadn't any package manage systems, it still was installed to my system. but 8.12 could be installed into 2.6.28.2 kernel.

8.12驱动确实不可以用在2.6.28内核之上

Archlinux上，内核为2.6.28，catalyst总是跟着更新，目前就是8.12，完全没有问题。

sorry，我搞错了..呵呵
之前我在ubuntu8.10（自编译的28内核）也试过，完全没有问题...

hades兄，貌似也是降libdrm的老办法，呵呵

据说这次9.1还是有不少问题。

所以我还是决定等rpmfusion更新了...呵呵

从ati下载的安装包有个命令选项，
好像是叫--listpkgs，
你自己运行sh atixxx --help就知道了。
