我是菜鸟，谁能告诉我debian4.0怎样安装debian3.0的软件?

我装完debian 刚刚10天。
刚买了一本langman字典。带的软件是debian3.0下的。
安装时出错：
Daniel:/media/cdrom1/linux# sh installation.sh
Daniel:/media/cdrom1/linux# /root/.installation.sh: line 256: exec: -t: invalidoption
exec: usage: exec [-cl] [-a name] file [redirection ...]

哪位达人指点。

debian4.0比debian3.0高一级，向下兼容应该没问题，可能你的命令写错了，请试试这样写：
Daniel:/media/cdrom1/linux# sh ./installation.sh
看看能不能安装langman

另外，debian有这样的特点，一次安装，永远升级，现在快到debian5.0lenny稳定版了，建议你试着从4.0升级到目前的lenny测试版，lenny比etch好多了。
更改源：
在root权限下输入vim /etc/apt/sources.list，打一下insert 插入键，修改后的文件是这个样子：

deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ lenny main
deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ lenny contrib
deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ lenny non-free
deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ testing main
deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ testing contrib
deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ testing non-free

完了以后保存退出，打一下Esc
输入
：wq


随后在root权限下输入：
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

d00m3d

oldstable (sarge) 已被移除了，連 backports 都沒有了

那個 langman 是自帶 deb 的嗎？如果是就用 dpkg 試裝看看
