我第一次安装debiain，选择是TESTING版，不知APT源如何设定？谢谢！

如题！
我是从硬盘安装，先只安装了个基本系统，然后安装了X-window及Xfce4
X-window及Xfce4是从本地硬盘ISO文件中安装中的。我只下载了两个ISO文件。第1个和Xfce4的那两个
然后不知如何安装其它软件了……
如何设定APT源呢？国内有哪些好的源？哪位仁兄的source.lst予我参考一下。谢谢！

还有如何用APT安装Firefox呢？
是apt-get install mozilla-firefox 还是 apt-get install firefox？
反正，我的现在都没反应
