apt-get update老是can not connect to **啊，（附sources.list和出错信息）

用ftp.tw.debian.org和gekbone的源都不行，怎么办？ 网络应该没问题，PING源的时候都是能通的。
sources.list:
deb http://ftp.tw.debian.org/debian/ testing main
deb-src http****

deb http://mirrors.geekbone.org/debian/ etch main
deb-src http://**_____________**

出错信息：
用台湾那个源的时候错误是这个：
couldn't connect to ftp.tw.*_____*:80(140.112.8.139) connection timed out
failed to fetch http://ftp*______*/debian/dists/etch/Release.pgp
W: couldn't stat source package list http://fpt.tw.debian.org/debain testing main Packages(/var/lib/apt/lists/ftp.tw.**____*debian-dists-testing-main-binary-i386-package)-stat(2 NO such file or directory)
W:you may want to run apt-get update to correct these problomes
E:some index files failed to download. they have been ignored.or old ones used instead

用geekbone的源的时候错误信息就是这个：

把sources.list和出错信息贴出来，怀疑你源的地址或者格式啥的都没写对

你把 deb-src  开头的行都删掉，再重新 update 看看

删掉跟注释掉的效果是一样的吧？我注释掉了问题存在，现在什么都没有只装了个基本系统，基本用不了。谁能帮我搞搞看啊，重装了几次还是这样。。

testing 是 etch吗？ 现在etch应该是stable吧。
