T43成功安装F8，讨论风扇转速控制问题！

我使用的是T43－44U，刚装完Fedora8，对机器支持很好。大家都知道T43的风扇是一个大问题，确实很吵。平时用windows都是使用tp-fancontrol控制风扇的转速。其实tp-fancontrol就是在linux下编译的。所以我找了相关的资料，但是还是没有控制成功。有人愿意帮忙研究一下吗？贴出相关网址，是英文的。

下载的TP，源码不难看懂。但是不知道如何实现控制。tp我上传一个，把后缀RAR去掉即可。

我的也是T43 （1871-K2C）
有的时候风扇的声音是大了点，不我从不在意这个，不影响我工作就行。
你这样  tp-fancontrol --help 有什么提示吗？ （我现在工作是xp环境）

按原文说的方法试了一下，就出现这样的提示。

看一下，我这里也没有/proc/acpi/ibm/ecdump

另外 http://ibm-acpi.sourceforge.net/ 的图表上没有T43的相关内容并且fan列（最后一列）多数是问号，可能是支持的不太好吧。
