How to restore the host System's toolchain due to lfs

I use RED AS4 to compiler the lfs. But after I finish lfs , suddently I find I can't use my host system's gcc, lots of errors can be found.

/tools//include/stdio.h:355: error: parse error before "size_t"

/tools//include/stdio.h:609: error: parse error before "fwrite"
/tools//include/stdio.h:609: error: parse error before "size_t"
/tools//include/stdio.h:631: error: parse error before "fread_unlocked"
/tools//include/stdio.h:631: error: parse error before "size_t"
/tools//include/stdio.h:633: error: parse error before "fwrite_unlocked"
/tools//include/stdio.h:633: error: parse error before "size_t"

So it means I can't complier anything including FCITX, that's why I use English.
Can someone help me!!!!

It looks to me your system is still using the complier in the /tools directory.  Are you sure your LFS system is finished?
