刚买的机子已装XP，grub丢失！

刚买的机子，店家已经把硬盘分区（A,B,C,D）,在C上安装了Win Xp. 根据“以WinGrub 引导安装Fedora 4.0 为例，详述用WinGrub来引导Linux的安装”中的指导，下载WinGrub与C：\wingrub\（此目录是自己建的）中，点击安装。～～
后找menu.lst没有找到！甚至没有找到c:\boot！于是就有人建议重启！重启后,有如下错误：

键入C后，出现
grub>_
键入：reboot
又回到上面重启后的画面！
我们进入SETUP后，发现选用从光驱启动也不能！
请问：如何才能去掉这个死循环！重装系统都可以！

hehe,搜了menu一下，得到如下解答：
在命令行分别输入以下语句：
grub> rootnoverify (hd0,0)
grub> chainloader +1
grub> boot
就可以进入win xp!
