求助：fc5下 apt无法导入GPG签名

在fc5下装好了apt-0.5.15cnc7-1.2.fc5.rf,
之后导入GPG签名:
[root@chen bin]# rpm --import http://svn.rpmforge.net/svn/bran ... M-GPG-KEY.freshrpms
error: http://svn.rpmforge.net/svn/bran ... -GPG-KEY.freshrpms: import read failed(0).
[root@chen bin]# rpm --import http://rpm.livna.org/RPM-LIVNA-GPG-KEY
error: http://rpm.livna.org/RPM-LIVNA-GPG-KEY: import read failed(0).

不知如何解决，提前感谢了 ：》
