安装glade，提示找不到makefile

我在安装glade的时候，解压缩后，进入目录，./configure

make的时候提示为：
make: *** 没有指明目标并且找不到 makefile。 停止。
最后提示少libxml-2.0 >= 2.4.1 gtk+-2.0 >= 2.0.但我的gtk是2呀，想要apt-get libxml
缺说找不到这个，用的是中国科技大学的源
