[求助]安装simulator时遇到了问题

我在安装Fedaro3的工作站模式下安装Query Cycle Simulator时遇到如下情况,请诸位帮看看，
1.我下载了simulator.tar文件，然后把它解压在我的/mnt/E中。
2.simulator文件夹中有makefile。
3.安装说明中只有一句提示要在.bashrc添加
setenv SIM_DEV_ROOT/<ATH TO SIMULATOR DIRECTORY>
我在[root!localhost ~]下，bashrc添加了set（我使用的是bash） SIM_DEV_ROOT/mnt/E/simulator
4.然后cd /mnt/E/simulator,运行./makefile,提示我
：command not found
./makefile: line7ackages：command not found
......
......
