Excuse me, I cannot input chinese on ubuntu yet.
My question is how I can install a deb package which is on my local disk? Say, I have downloaded opera, opera_8.51-20051114.6-shared-qt_en_etch_i386.deb, to my disk, how can i install this package? I do not want to install it from network, i.e. by "sudo apt-get install opera"
