can't make the scim-1.4.2

I can configure,but the last message are:

so, I can continue to make, but can't run it on gnome. I thick it may because the "GTK2 PANEL GUI  no", but I had install GNOME. Who can tell me how to do?

You need install all devel packages of GNOME and X11.
