怎么把系统变为stable?

我以前用了一些test的源,我现在想把他们都变为stable的,不知道怎么能,我已经修改了source全部为stable.

编辑/etc/apt/preferences：
[PHP]
Package: *
Pin: release a=stable
Pin-Priority: 1001
[/PHP]

apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
