What's the meaning of this words "bash: XMODIFIERS: command not foun

when i type the command "XMODIFIERS", it return this word  "bash: XMODIFIERS: command not found"!
who can tell me why it happened like this? thanks!

I know why it displayed like that, 'cause i typed the false command! But i still dont know why it display like this
"XMODIFIERS" if i type the correct command "echo XMODIFIERS"!

WHO can tell me why?

I think this is more related to the shell language syntax than fcitx. Go read the Bash Programming HOWTO, it should tell you something about shell scripting and its syntax.
