请问怎么手动指定IP

在WIN下是可以本地连接里自己指定IP的，可是DEBIAN下我找不到图形界面的配置程序，不知道是不是我没装，软件名称是什么呢？

还有如果在命令行下是哪个命令来配置的 ？

base-config中好像有配置IP的部分，或修改/etc/network/interfaces文件。

这是interface的内容，可以在此直接修改
