我到6.11的glibc-2.3.4怎么编译不下去了？

我用livecd，编译到6.11的glibc-2.3.4编译不下去了——我是按照手册上说的以root的身份进行，所有的都是完全按照手册进行，为什么到configure后说：checking for suffix of object files... configure: error: cannot compute suffix of object files:cannot compile

然后我make进行不下去，error。这是为什么？

查一下/tools/bin中有没有cc,如果没有的话新建一个连接:ln -s gcc /tools/bin/cc. 再试一下.

2.3.x在没有任何patch的情况下不能用gcc4编译。

知道了 把/tools/lib/ld-linux.so.2 移到chroot 的 /lib下
然后make 之后make install 之前将其删除
