我打算重新分配分区，打算卸掉linux在装，请问如何卸载红旗Linux啊？？？

If this is the case, you should delete the existing partition with fdisk or cfdisk and then re-partition your hard disk.

只要把原有紅旗的分區格式化就可以了.

In this case, you may boot a LiveCD or rescue disk and then mkfs.xxx /dev/yyy

xxx can be ext2 or ext3 or reiserfs etc, up to you.
yyy is your partition to format.
