firefox无法启动的问题！！(以解决！！)

在按照blfs的说明文挡，安装之后以root身份，启动！！
出现错误！！
说是run_mozilla.sh的159行出现segment错误！！
请高手指教！！
奇怪的是之前编译过一次，并没有出错！！谢谢！！


解决方法是，配置xorg的字体，方法参照blfs文档！！应该可以启动的！！

现在，再请教一个问题，是如果声卡的内核配置的时候，是配置成模块的，可以用alsa来驱动声卡

可以装，只是要在系统加载声音模块之后，才可以！！前提的内核支持alsa！1

我遇到跟你相同的错误。

至今尚未解决。我也是完全按照blfs做的。我都编了好多次了。

与你不同的是，我一次也没编成功。

捎带提一下，我的emacs 21.4 也编不成功。

是否是因为安装了autofs的问题，还是文档的profile的设置的问题？？之前的安装我没有安装autofs，请高手指点指点，看run_mozilla.sh的说明说是这是license文件是否是license的问题呀！！小弟这里先谢过了！！

I have the same run_mozilla.sh's line 159 issues, Even set fonts followed by BLFS6.0's  Setting up fonts section.

I use Opera 8.0 instead Eventually, it seems that Opera was built statically may cause less dependencies and errors

Finally I discovered that you must correctly configured /etc/fonts/fonts.conf, otherwise firefox could not start. You may cp your distribution's fonts.conf to the destination. Do not forget backuping your original fonts.conf before overiding.

For my specifically Redflag 4.1 Desktop linux distribution

I backup the LFS's /etc/fonts/fonts.conf to /etc/fonts/fonts.conf.bak

then cp and override the LFS's /etc/fonts/fonts.conf with the one Redflag provided.(addressed at Redflag's /etc/fonts/fonts.conf)

Tested successfully Redflay 4.1 Desktop only! I don't know if other distributions would.

IMO it appears that the file /etc/fonts/fonts.conf need be set up further more, It is not the case using distribution's config files.You must learn how to manually handle this fonts.conf file given by Fontconfig package
