Why you guys are so interested in UTF-8???
I set the locale to gb18030 in Ubuntu.
And, now the rhythmbox works pretty well.

哦？那么fstab那里mount时候的选项也写gb18030
另外，gb2312、gb18030的gb后面的数字是什么意思？包含汉字个数？

Agreed.

Perfectly, except two things:
GFTP download, cannot save file with name encoded with UTF-8, need convmv to change manually.
ID3 tag is coded with GBK, with UTF-8 Locale, cannot edit the tag.
