问一个安装cygwin下安装INTEL FORTRAN 编译器的问题

按说不是跟linux相关的 不过还是希望大家能帮个忙
由于我们学校XX网络客户端的问题 无法使用linux上网 （在此鄙视一下神州数码）
只好用cygwin 安装 一个我必须用到的东西
由于需要FORTRAN编译器 下了个intel的试用版
但是这个提示需要ms的visual c++.net 2002 我找了一圈也没有找到这个东西
倒是有个visual studio 6.0 里面有visual c++ 6.0
安装 还是不行 请问

1. 这个visual c++.net 2002 那里可以得到 （搜到一堆帮助文件）
      跟visual studio 什么的有什么关系啊？

2. cygwin 环境编译东西是用win下面的编译器还是linux下面的？ cygwin倒是带有gcc
     我能不能用linux下面的fortran编译器安装上去呢？

3. 有没有其他免费的FORTRAN90编译器可以推荐一下？

4. 这个扯远了点  我这里网络速度很不稳定 我没有直接网络安装cygwin 我是选了5个镜像FTP 分别下载各个字母开头的release文件夹 然后选择本地安装 安装玩了除了在目标目录产生了一推文件之外 什么变化也没有  但是之前我下载过一次本地安装的包  安装完毕了在开始菜单里面还有链接 指向 BASH  我只好把bin目录加入到win的path里面 然后 每次在运行里面cmd--bash 进入cygwin的环境 不知道这样正确不  ？
我把ftp上面所有的包都下载了 但是在cygwin下还是没有startx  是不是跟linux还是不一样的？

1、前者是后者一组件，事实上vc.net vb.net ...生成的目标代码是同一回事
2、据我理解，cyg的gcc前端是和linux gcc一样的，但后端生成的代码是win平台的。
3、oops，没用过fortran编译器 :p

但是 我装了visual studio 6.0 还是不能安装intel fortran compiler
安装的时候我也选择了 vc++ 6.0
这个是不是因为版本的问题？ 这个6.0 跟 。net 到底是怎么回事呢
还有 这个东西是不是免费的  我在ms的网站上面没有找到下载的

超出linux的范畴了
visual studio 是微软的集成开发环境，visual studio.net则是近年微软搞的东西，是开发平台的大变动。

intel fortran compiler则是intel的东东
不会有什么联系吧

微软即使有免费软件提供也只是商业手段而已

原来是这样。不是提示说取消选择 “integration for visual studio.net 2002”吗？
把那个勾勾去掉就好了。该选项是让你在VS.net环境下可以使用intel fortran compiler ，不必要的。

i ignored this message for my carelessness...
when i installed the compiler first time, it just said visual c++ .net 2002 was necessary for IA32 compiler installation,without any option. this time i chose "modified installation" and had thought it
would be the same as the first time.
