和netware还有mac用他行吗？

Not only just files, but also printing services.

In the old days, I used mars-nwe to provide the IPX protocol to emulate Netware 4.x.

I don't use mac, I think you need to provide Netatalk protocol.  The Linux Netatalk-HOWTO, http://www.anders.com/projects/netatalk/ may help.
