求助，关于linux和windows共存的问题

在装有windows2000的机子上装了redhat9，启动电脑后出现了系统选择菜单，但是选择了 windows后，屏幕一闪就回到了菜单，进不去windows，这是怎么回事，该怎么解决，请高手指点

我有两个硬盘
主盘只装了fc1
从硬装了两个window xp.
xp的引导文件放在从盘的第一个主分区里.(c盘)
fc1是在装好windows后才挂上硬盘安装的.
用的是GRUB引导...

在title DOS下面加上:
map (hd0) (hd1)
map (hd1) (hd0)

是這樣子的.我先在一個硬盤安裝好兩個windows後.然後加了一硬盤..把新的硬盤設為主盤.安裝了fc1
用的是grub引導..
有安裝時我有修改 grub中的dos項.把它改為了hdb1.因為我的windows在第二個硬盤里...
但安裝完成後不能引導windows...

我在linux下查看grub.conf 如下:
