装不了scigraphica

我按照要求，安装了gtk+extra-0.99.17，
然后装scigraphica,./configure出现下面情况。

我不知道有没有gtk+-extra-devel,怎么查看？

光盘上应该有 gtkextra-devel 这个软件包的
