有什么办法能够知道一个程序启动过程中调用了哪些文件吗？

我在两台基本一样的笔记本(debian系统)上安装了varicad（For RH9，用alien转换的包)，开始时都不能正常启动，然后在其中一台上试验了各种办法，其中一台不知道怎么就能正常启动了，由于这个过程较长，最后我也不知道是做了什么就行了，我想如果能够有什么办法完全监视其启动的过程，监视它调用了哪些文件，应该应能分析出原因，也就解决了varicad在debian下的安装难题，请知道的大侠能够帮忙分析一下，如果能够解决这个问题，我一定将处理的过程发在本坛。
