呀，那个说明不是很明显吗，你的gcc版本和软件所需要的gcc的版本不兼容，所以编译不了。现在还用modem上网的人极少，而且win猫一般都是不被linux所支持的，所以没人救你啦。
现在除非你能找到使用gcc版本2的linux发行版(redhat6或7)，但是你的主板肯定是不会被它们支持的。因此，个人以为兄弟你还是不要用这个软猫了，你的机器这么好，还是考虑宽带吧！
