编译中文potage0830的lumaqq的问题

这个错误是ebuild的问题。
我会通知sunmoon的

这个我想还是不用修改lumaqq的ebuild的，因为lumaqq并不直接依赖于XML-Parser, 这个是其它ebuild的依赖性问题， 而且问题不仅仅在于lumaqq，改lumaqq不是根本办法。

搞定了
libperl_rebuilder 一下(在/usr/portage/dev-lang/perl/files下)
再 emerge lumaqq
就行了
