在GTK中颜色的设置的问题

我用的是GTK1.2，我看资料时碰到了这样一个函数void gtk_clist_set_foreground( GtkCList *clist,
                               gint      row,
                               GdkColor *color );
Please note that the colors must have been previously allocated.
我的问题有两个
1.GDKCOLOR有哪些？我到哪里能找到这些信息？
2.要使用这些颜色要先allocated，我应该具体怎样做？
