With your FTP browser go to one of the links given in Mandrake's download page (http://www.mandrakelinux.com/en/ftp.php3).
When you're in, browse up in the directories tree, and you will easily find some directories named "Mandrake-iso" or something like that. There you will find cool stuff like "amd64" directory with (for the moment) Mandrake 9.2 for AMD64, and "i586" that contains in fact the Mandrake 10.0 isos only accessible to the Mandrake-club users.
By browsing more you will find the bases and sources of the same distributions.

看连接地址就知道不对。10.0 绝对不会在 mandrake-iso 目录中，而应该在Mandrakelinux/official/iso中。
