Help!!Cann't Install Any InputMethod in mandrake 9.1

1.Xcim cann't run.  i have changed it to chinput as BBS 's way .it works   
   serverl times but now it doesn't work again.
   system info:
    Chinput Version 3.0.2 -- XIM Server
Distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL)
Can't Open Input Method Service:
        Input Method Name :Chinput
        Tranport Address:X/
Chinese Input Server is already activated.




2. install fcitx-2.0.1,i can't make
