linux也经常死机!

近些天来,我的mandrake9.2经常死机(昨天死了三次,今天死了五次!).有时候mozilla鼠标动着动着就不停滞了,有时候从文本界面回到X界面,键盘的两个指示灯就不停的闪烁,死了!而且只能冷启动重启.我装的是XFS文件系统,mandrake不会自动检查的,只有到fedora下用xfs_check检查,竟然检查出了一大堆错误.我想问问大家,你们的linux死机过吗?这是怎么回事,以前linux不是以安全不死机著称吗?怎么现在的稳定性还不如windows98??

这是你的空间分配不合理，加大/就不会有这样的常死机，
排除人为错装软件的前提！！

哎，就是因为搞不懂为何在LINUX下老死机的问题我现在把LINUX给删掉了。只用WINDOWS了。只好等MDK10正式版出来再试试，如果还是死机就彻底不用LINUX了。用用WIN上上网也罢。只是意犹未尽哦￣￣￣

可能是因为xfs文件系统不好吧。。。。。在这里我想说两句：我真心的劝新手最好不要用xfs文件系统，我的教训很深刻。这个文件系统不象ext3,reiserfs死机后可以自动检查硬盘，速度也不快。如果你像我一样懒，不想手动编译内核，就不要选择这个文件系统了。

就是这样啊，linux死机跟windows不同，什么键盘，鼠标，屏幕都没有反应了。

I've never seen this kind of thing before!  Have you tried switching to another console?  If no reponse, you can try pressing the following 3 keys at once:
the left Alt key+ the PrintScrn/SysRq key+ R
This puts the keyboard in 'raw' mode.  Then try Alt-Ctrl-Backspace or Alt-Ctrl-Fn again.
If that does not work, do the following:
the left Alt key+ the PrintScrn/SysRq key+ S (sync the disk)
the left Alt key+ the PrintScrn/SysRq key+ E (send termination signal to processes)
the left Alt key+ the PrintScrn/SysRq key+ I (send kill signal to all processes)
the left Alt key+ the PrintScrn/SysRq key+ U (umount filesystems)
the left Alt key+ the PrintScrn/SysRq key+ B (reboot)
This is called System Request sequence.
