mdk9.1下，中文显示的问题。

我按照QUICKTIME大侠的提示设置好了中文，SIMSUN。TTF。中文输入也没有问题了，可是现在碰到另外一个问题，我从前在WINDOWS2000系统下刻录的光盘，(里面是MP3)凡是中文的都显示一个个方块。还有打开/MNT/windows_C/，里面凡是中文的文件夹，或者是文本文件，里面有中文的都是乱码(还是方块)，我的WINDOWS2000是英文专业版。
请教一下，为什么会是这样的呢？

我今次自己修改了一下，原来在MDK的控制中心里把SIMSUN加入，并且把KONQUEROR的默认编码改成了GBK，就可以显示中文了。

不过，还是有一个问题，就是我每次开机之后，进入KDE，都会莫名其妙的在桌面上加入一个文件夹，文件夹的名字就是跟我未设好中文时一样，是乱码，并且在KDE下不能删除，也不能改名。然后我切换到GNOME下，可以把它删除，不过等到下次再开机进入KDE的时候又会出现，而且，音量调节又会自动降到0,不知道这是为什么呢？ 是不是KDE修改过之后，需要“保存”一下的么？如果有这个功能，在哪里呢？有谁知道的，请教教我，谢谢。

I have the same problem, and the way you showed above doesn't work for me. See the picture below.

My system language is English, but I have already installed simsum and other windows fonts.

Any body have solutions?

Thank you for your reply. I have checked both fstab file and the font configuration in Konqueror, but I couldn't find any problems in them. The following is the two important lines in my fstab file:

/dev/hda1 /mnt/nt ntfs user,iocharset=cp936,noauto,ro,umask=0 0 2
/dev/hda5 /mnt/windows vfat user,iocharset=iso8859-1,codepage=850,noauto,umask=0 0 2

If there is anything wrong above, please point it out. This problem has troubled me since I started using Linux. Any help is very very apprieciated.

By the way, the font I use in Konqueror is all simsun. Hopefully, this is not the source of the problem.

是不是你的local没有设置正确，所以在konqueror里才会有乱码。
