gentoo不能正常emerge!

gentoo装完后，配置好pppoe，上网一切正常，并能让客户端正常使用服务器的squid+dhcp+iptables，但就是服务器本身要emerge就会出错，emerge的时候也能连接到服务器，就是不能下载，不知为什么？

比如我要下lftp

我试着把
FETCHCOMMAND='/usr/bin/proz --no-getch -s ${URI} -P ${DISTDIR}'
重新前面加上#,勉强能用wget的单线程下载，但是就是不能用prozilla.我重新安装prozilla都不行！

但是问题在哪呢？变量有问题吗
