mplayer和moc的问题

mplayer的：

在终端下用’mplayer 文件‘的命令，有个窗口一闪而过，显示信息如下

moc的：
装了moc-ffmpeg-plugin，运行mocp显示FATAL_ERROR: No decoder plugins have been loaded!
