不同的area肯定是有不同的用语规范。讨论加密啊系统安全啊用security，讨论系统稳定性什么的用safety，很多东西不是意思相同就能互换的。

security和safefy本质上都是一个意思的描述。拿状态来说，就是有,无和部分存在的表述。讨论加密的时候照样可以用safe，而不必用secured。很多东西可以互换而要表达的意思不变。

example: This cipher for encryption is safe. 加密的语境，如果用secured反而比较晦涩
Gentoo runs secured on this server. 可以表达系统稳定（万无一失）的语境

语言就是要灵活使用，多变多态，只要掌握语言的本质
