fsck died with exit status 5  
File system check fail.  A log is being save in  /var/log/fsck/checkfs , if that location is writeable, please repaie the file system manualy ,fail
A maitenance shell will now be start CONTROL-D will terminate the shell and resume system boot (warning)

执行 fsck -a  /dev/sda9以后提示


Filesystem is not clean

Filesystem seems to have fatal corruptions . Running with --rebuild-tree is required

今天碰到相似情况，我的是："fsck died with exit status 4"

找张 LiveCD 来启动，然後 fsck -av /dev/hda1 （我的电脑）再重启便好了

如果 fsck -av 不行，可试试 fsck -f
