[help]xorg fatal server error: caught signal 11. server aborting.

今天aptitude safe-upgrade后,发现X起不来。

xorg已不再用xorg.conf,键入Xorg -configure(Xorg :1 -configure也一样)后连命令提示符都没有了,就像死机了一样。

hal和dubs已经安装

Xorg.0.log 里面有一明显错误"(EE) open /dev/fb0: No such file or directory",google后,得到答案:在/boot/grub/menu.lst中kernel行后加vesafb: mtrr, ywrap vga=0x318,可把此处错误解决,但X还是起不来。

我觉得是显卡问题,我的显卡是nvidia G 105M. 机子是Thinkpad SL500 2746m3c. nvidia-glx安装出错,它依赖于一个虚拟包。nvidia官方驱动安装不上,先是说cc版本不匹配,后是说未找到内核源文件。(难道它要给我重新编译内核?)
