gentoo升级后无法关机重启动

重启或关机到INIT:no more processes left in this runlevel就不动了，卡死在这里了，怎么解决呀!

]cd /etc/init.d
            rm halt.sh
            rm shutdown.sh
            rm reboot.sh
            m checkfs
            USE="unicode -bootstrap -build -static" emerge baselayout
            etc-update

貌似是Gentoo 官方论坛给出的解决方法，不过我最后一步不知道咋弄了，一直没成功过，现在用Kubuntu，虚拟机里玩Gentoo……
