去了Debian主页打算下载，发现上面有好多张CD镜像，都不知道下哪张好，搜索了一下后，还是有一些问题不清楚，请大家帮解决一下

debian-40r4a-etchnhalf-i386-netinst.iso和debian-40r4a-i386-netinst.iso  有什么不同？

debian-40r4a-i386-CD-1.iso 和debian-update-4.0r4a-i386-CD-1.iso又有什么不一样？

debian-40r4a-i386-businesscard.iso  是什么版本？为什么体积那么小？

debian-40r4a-i386-kde-CD-1.iso 和 debian-40r4a-i386-xfce-CD-1.iso 是做什么的？

netinst.iso是比较干净的版本，那么怎么下载软件呢，比如说像kde这类图形界面怎么下载安装？

除 business card 外，用哪個都行，反正日後都是在線更新系統的

重點都是裝好基本系統，配置好源，日後要裝什麼都行，先學習 apt-get、aptitude、synaptic 其一的用法吧

哦，感谢斑竹的解答，我下载安装的是netinst版本，采用的是最简单安装，选择安装软件的时候我按照置顶帖子里面说的那样，什么都没有装，开机进入以后是命令行界面，要安装什么才能用startx开启图形界面呢？

What is the difference between the netinst and the business card images?
The netinst image contains the installer and the base system. It will allow you to install a very basic system from the CD; any other packages you might want to install have to be downloaded from the internet.
The business card image is smaller than the netinst image to fit on business-card sized cds. It does not contain the base system, but only the installer: even the base packages need to be downloaded from the net.
If you're in doubt which image to use, use the netinst image.
