fedora9 换IDE口后找不到根分区了

A电脑有两个IDE插槽，其中80G并口硬盘接在IDE0的主位置，从位置和IDE1均不挂任何东西。此时将fedora9装入该80G硬盘。

之后因工作需要，将该硬盘卸下，装入另外一台电脑B。B电脑的情况是：两个SATA插槽，1个并口硬盘插槽。

我将该80G硬盘接入并口硬盘插槽的主位置后开机，无法进入系统，提示“找不到root……”“找不到根分区”等一堆错误。我认为是因为设备编号与之前不一致导致的。

请问各位高手，如何不重装系统解决该问题？

错误提示如下：

Unable to access resume device (/dev/sda5)
mount: could not find filesystem '/dev/root'
setuproot: moving /dev faild: No such file or directory
setuproot: error mounting /proc : No such file or directory
setuproot: error mounting /sys: No such file or directory
Mount faild for selinuxfs on /selinux: No such file or directory

如果配置不同建议重装，毕竟有些配置调整起来很麻烦。
可以用 livecd 启动一下，然后改硬盘上的配置文件(运气好，/etc/fstab 改一上就行)，理论上可行……
