刚才想装一个chmsee，下了源码包
./configure后有以下提示：
*** A new enough version of pkg-configure was not found

然后执行 make, 出现以下提示：
make: *** 没有指明目标并且找不到 makefile。 停止。

我自己用vim写了一个helloworld.cc,执行:make也会出现同样的提示

哪位大侠帮我看看这是怎么回事，谢谢！！
