rsync镜像站点不完全?????

在学校镜像科大的debian站点: debian debian-security debian-uo
(我是以root用户做的)
其中后两个现在可以镜像完，debian一直就没镜像完全过.镜像log里有好些: .~tmp~, Permission denied 等等
我是通过看日志的最后一行前几个字是不是total size is 来判断是不是完全的

现在的debian日志的刚开始不久出现：
300 files...^M164310 files to consider
IO error encountered -- skipping file deletion  ####不知怎么会出现这个情况的
日志的最后三行是:
sent 604180 bytes  received 1805098907 bytes  303811.41 bytes/sec
total size is 95764747761  speedup is 53.03
rsync error: some files could not be transferred (code 23) at main.c(1166)
MS倒数倒第二行出现了total size is
附上debian的rsyn.log.0

另外问日志里的两个问题:

pool/main/x/xwelltris/
pool/main/x/xwine/
pool/main/z/zile/
pool/main/z/zlib/
pool/main/z/zlib/lib32z1-dev_1.2.3.3.dfsg-2_amd64.deb
       70296 100%  155.31kB/s    0:00:00  (1330, 97.8% of 164310)
是不是说pool/main/x/xterm/没有需要更新的,而pool/main/z/zlib/里的lib32z1-dev是要更新的.
(2)
project/trace/ftp.se.debian.org
          29 100%    0.04kB/s    0:00:00  (1396, 100.0% of 164310)
1396,164310是不是分别代表更新的软件数、一共的软件数?
