用localhost可以

其他IP 都是上面这个，这是为什么呢?

配置文件中的访问权限设置有问题。
找找/etc/apache/apache2.conf中有没有类似
Deny from all
Allow from localhost
的片段。不知道怎么改的话，把文件贴上来。
