求助...我安装完UBUNTU后,盘符全乱了.......

我是新手,这是第一次安装LINUX,意料之中,还是出事了......
在用硬盘安装时,到挂接硬盘的那一步中,它默认是把CDE盘都挂接上,我以为会弄到CDE盘上的东西,因为我想安装双系统的.所以设置不使用这3个分区...只设置使用F盘和之前分好的用来安装LUNIX的分区,安装完后ubuntu能进入,GRUP也没问题,但XP入不了,我进入DOS打开 GHOST,竟然发现了,原来的C盘变成了没有盘符的一个盘,   原来的D盘变成了C盘,   E盘变成D盘,   E盘变成了F盘   ,F盘却不见了...但在ubuntu中能显示F盘....所以我想问,怎样才能把盘符弄回正常啊?

在Linux下把下面命令的输出贴上来看看:
硬盘分区表:
$ sudo fdisk -l /dev/hda (或者 sudo fdisk -l /dev/sda)
Grub引导菜单:
$ cat /boot/grub/menu.lst
