关于ORACLE RAC要求的阵列柜问题

一直不明白,做RAC的阵列柜,是否必须是具有同时写的控制器,我们平时看到的阵列柜,缺省情况下是否可以安装.

现在市面上有哪些厂家,哪些型号的阵列柜,可以安装RAC.

因为我上次安装同友的阵列柜,好象是7210,反正没有安装成功,不知是该阵列柜不支持RAC,还是我的安装方法有问题.

干什么用，自己来玩吗？如果是自己玩玩，建议先拿jeff hunter的基于firewire的练练手

最好使用光通道阵列柜，当然普通的SCSI阵列柜也是可以的。应该是只有光通道阵列柜才支持RAC文件系统和裸投备，普通的SCSI阵列柜只能使用较低性能的操作系统文件。

阵列柜设计本身就是任何端口均可同时读写的，如果是用MSCS群集管理磁盘设备，即使是光通道阵列柜也无法同时读写。我猜楼主应该是这个意思。
