新手提问:redhatEnterprise4下的apache怎么访问别的目录？

我将DocumentRoot设在/var/www/html下可以访问
但是将DocumentRoot设在其他目录（如：/webroot）下就出现Forbidden了，如下。
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.html on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
