FC4 shutdown problem

I installed FC4 on my desktop, everything was OK except that When typed
"shutdown  -h" from the terminal, it can't shut down properly. The power is still on after 10 minutes. If someone konws the reason, would you kindly tell me?

shutdown -h now

用 halt -p 或 poweroff 吧。
