如何将linux下的文本，在windows XP 中打开？

小弟刚学linux遇到一个棘手的问题，就是如何将linux下的文本，在windows XP 中打开，曾经尝试在linux环境下将文件的名称存储为"*.txt  *.doc"的格式但是在windows XP环境中出现的是乱码，请教各位高手！！

我用了UltraEdit-32打开还是不行啊，上传了个样本，谢谢，我用word打开是选用了utf8也不行
