菜菜鸟求助 关于squid的使用 好心人一定要帮帮忙啊

redhatlinux AS4 版本 双网卡 内网卡地址 192.168.0.193 想使用squid代理 让其他内网win机器通过我上网 暂时不用透明代理 只使用普通的代理.
在网上找了N多的文章来安装squid,结果还是不能通过代理上网 请各位朋友帮忙看看 以下是安装步骤和启动日志

安装步骤:
1.下载squid源码包到/usr/local
2.tar -zxvf squid-版本号
3.创建squid组squid用户
4.改变解压后的squid文件夹的名子为squid
5. ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/squid
6.make all
7.make install
8.chown -R squid.squid squid
9.修改squid.conf改动内容如下:
(1)修改#http_port 3128为 http_port 192.168.0.193:8080
(2)修改http_access deny all 为 http_access allow all
(3)修改icp_access deny all 为 icp_access allow all
(4)修改# cache_effective_user nobody 为 # cache_effective_user squid
10./usr/local/squid/sbin/squid -z 初始化squid
11./usr/local/squid/sbin/squid -N -d1 启动

下面是启动文件 大家帮我看看 我的客户机始终无法通过代理上网:
