请教RHEL-AS4-U2系统下NFOCE网卡驱动问题！

我装的是REDHAT_AS4_u2 的系统主板的集成nvidia的网卡安装不了驱动！
我的环境如下：

安装了nfoce 的网卡 文件 NFORCE-Linux-x86-1.0-0310-pkg1.run后
提示如下错误

可以用内核中的100MB里边的 Reversed Engerineering 的那个驱动。不用nvnet。
